Points accrue on the things you already do — buying a car, booking it in for service, ordering an accessory. Nothing to opt into and nothing to remember to claim; the balance moves when the transaction completes.
Points come off future purchases and service work. Rates are set per campaign rather than fixed, so what a point is worth is confirmed at the time you redeem it.
Your running balance and every transaction behind it sit in your portal, under Loyalty. Staff can see the same history, so a query at the desk does not need you to have kept the receipts.
